About Me
My therapeutic approach is warm, emotions focused, and experiential. As a clinician, I strive to create a safe and supportive space (LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC friendly) for my clients to process their emotions and to explore patterns.
Through compassionate listening and thoughtful questioning, I help my clients to navigate life's complexities, develop coping strategies, and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
I often work with smart and motivated individuals who feel unfulfilled or anxious despite having achieved various societal markers of success. If you are dealing with a major life transition, relationship challenges, grief, childhood trauma, or pet loss, I am here to support you.
I draw from evidence based modalities like EMDR, AEDP, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Relational Psychodynamics.
